  Incredients:

Eggplant & Zucchini

Skyr/Ricotta/Goatcheese/Cottagecheese

sieved tomatoes & spices

Mozarella

Optional: Rice on the side

Step 1:

“Cut & Mix”

Cut Eggplant & Zucchini in (ca. 0,5 cm ) slices

Mix personal choice of “Cheeses”

Step 2: Stack

In a casserole dish, make 3 layers of:

Eggplant & Zucchini

Tomatosauce

Cheese Yoghurt Sauce etc.

Add Mozzarella on top

Step 3….

put dish in the pre-heated oven for 45 min at 180 Degrees (recirculating air)

then quickly on grill for 3-5 min. – Voilá
