Spring Onions
Tomatoes (sieved)
Tuna
Bell Peppers (red)
Ginger
Kidney Beans
Chilli and Pepper

Put some Oil in a Pan and sauté Spring Onions and Tuna quickly.
Add Tomatoes and ginger and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Then add Bellpeppers, Kidneybeans and Spices and you´re done!
