Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Eggs

Milk

Whey Protein (Chocolate)

Preparation:

Divide Eggs

First beat Eggwhites

Mix Egg Yolk with Whey and Milk into a foamy texture and then carefully add the beaten Eggwhites.

Heat a pan with coconut oil (medium heat) and add tablespoon sized portions. Roast gently for 3-4 minutes per side.
